We will see you in class soon!
Below are forms your teen needs to have for their first day of class and information they need after their last.
Forms for Newly Registered Teen Drivers
If possible, please have the Parent Agreement Form printed and completed for your student to hand-in to their instructor on their first day. We will need the High School or Homeschool Approval Form before their last day. We will have blank printed copies of all forms on the first day if needed.
How it all will look
Your teen will complete 15 class sessions. They can miss up to 4 days, but each day needs to be made up by sitting in another ongoing class at either of our locations.
Once your teen is in their last week of class, they can start scheduling their 4 driving lessons. To schedule driving lessons, text your teen's name, pick up address, and weekly availability to 815-464-0092 then we will send some appointment openings to you to choose from. Or email the same info to BreeseDrivingSchool@gmail.com

All they need on their first day is a pen and note taking materials!
My teen finished behind-the-wheel. What do they need to go get their license?
After the student has successfully completed their last drive, they can schedule the Illinois road test at the DMV. We send all paperwork to the Secretary of State on the student's behalf. So you do not need anything from us to bring to the DMV.
